Transparency Directive Assessment Report

In May 2009, the European Commission selected Mazars to carry a study to evaluate the functioning of certain requirements imposed on listed companies by the Transparency Directive.

Annual reports

The latest Mazars Annual Report is available on our site. We are unique in that, since 2004, we have been publishing our annual report including full consolidated financial information in line with IFRS, audited by two external auditors.
